Some of you may have seen this posted in the NW Intel group, but I made some minor revisions and wanted to post it here for discussion. As I stated in my previous post, these are just my ideas based on Mike's update from 10 September and every part of the document is up for discussion. We're almost at 50 members (we'll probably hit that number by Tuesday evening), across the state, so I think that starting to build some structure is important to ensure that this thing doesn't fizzle out.
